Remote Learning
Viewing your child’s homework
During periods of lockdown, the school increased its use of Microsoft Teams which continues to be the school’s single platform for the setting of homework. Although there continue to be many benefits to this, use of Teams meant that parents couldn’t view work set for their child and therefore couldn’t help them organize their time.
We are pleased to say that from Friday 1st October, parents can view all the homework set in Microsoft Teams via the portal.
When on the parent portal, you will see homework appear at the bottom of your dashboard. If you click Homework on the right hand side, under the student menu, you can see all homework set in a planner view. You will be able to see when this was set, when it is due and if your child has marked this as complete. Unfortunately, it is not possible to view any resources attached as these require a student log in.
We hope this new feature will allow you to play a more active role in your child’s education. If you have any queries about using the portal please contact systems via the portal or on systems@nunnerywood.worcs.sch.uk
